The training techniques, challenges, and rink information provided in the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional athletic or medical advice. Always consult a qualified instructor or physician before engaging in new physical activities. You assume full responsibility for your safety while skating.
All user data (training logs, favorites, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We recommend keeping your own records of important training data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
